1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Nomad Hub ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Nomad Hub is an AI-powered platform that helps digital nomads and remote workers discover and book workspaces and accommodations. We aggregate listings from multiple sources and provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences and search behavior.

We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, manage, or control the properties listed on our Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of workspace providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts, or use automated means to access the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading information

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees as described in your subscription plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize automatic recurring payments
  • Allow us to update your payment method to prevent service interruption

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

6. Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking through our platform:

  • You are entering into a contract with the workspace provider, not us
  • You agree to the provider's terms and cancellation policies
  • You are responsible for paying all booking fees directly to the provider
  • We are not liable for disputes between you and the provider

We may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete your reservation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Nomad Hub, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI models, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content to our platform (reviews, messages, feedback), you:

  • Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
  • Represent that you have the right to submit such content
  • Agree that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Understand that we may remove or modify your content at our discretion

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nomad Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Nomad Hub is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
